As a Plant Manager, you will lead a manufacturing facility, ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will drive Lean transformation initiatives, achieve P&L targets, and foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic leader who can align people, processes, and performance metrics to deliver exceptional results.

DESCRIPTION
  • Champion a culture of safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Align plant operations with corporate objectives, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial goals, including revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and world-class systems (e.g., JCMS, TPS) to optimize efficiency.
  • Drive transformation projects across the supply chain, leveraging Continuous Improvement tools to meet CI Trac and Wave targets.
  • Oversee S&OP, Master Scheduling, and One-Piece Flow practices to reduce lead times and inventory.
  • Build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and employee development.
  • Promote diversity of thought, experience, and representation within the team.
  • Implement High-Performance Teams (HPTs) and best practices to maximize engagement and collaboration.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal and external customers to address supply and quality concerns.
  • Represent the company in local communities, fostering relationships with government and philanthropic organizations.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in operations leadership.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of people management experience and daily application of Lean tools.
  • Proven expertise in world-class manufacturing systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong balance of strategic and tactical thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
